The service
- FormFlow analyses a document you upload, produces a mobile form from it, and renders the answers your recipients give back onto your original document.
- You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything your recipients submit. We process it in order to run the service, and for nothing else.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having the right to use and send the documents you upload, and for the accuracy of the templates you approve.
- You are responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for a given document. FormFlow provides a populate-only mode for documents that need to be executed some other way.
- Do not use FormFlow to collect information you are not entitled to collect.
Availability and liability
- FormFlow is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Ending your account
- You can stop using FormFlow at any time and export or delete your data.
- We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law or to harm other people.
